ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS- All orders are acknowledged promptly with estimated shipping date. Please review and contact factory immediately if there are any discrepancies or changes to your instructions.

ART REQUIREMENTS- Hard copy: original black and white laser printed artwork of 300 dpi or higher. Digital art on disc or email is preferred. All digital art submissions should be EPS format with fonts converted to outline if possible with attached JPEG file. Please fax a copy of the artwork with your order. Actual product samples are also acceptable in most cases. For camera ready art please size at 300% for metal and pvc products. Please size at 100% for embroidery orders. Art work can be cleaned up from your sketch at $50 (V) per hour. Exact charges will be quoted after review of artwork provided.

CANCELLATIONS/RETURNS/CHANGES- Since all work is custom, canceled or changed orders during production will be invoiced for any and all work performed up to the time of notification.

CATALOGS/RANDOM SAMPLES- Reasonable amounts of catalogs and random samples will be provided at no charge. The client is responsible for shipping charges if express service is requested.

COPY CHANGE- Most copy changes will require a new edit charge. Contact factory for accurate quotation.

DELIVERY- See individual items. Rush delivery may be available. Please inquire with the factory.

OVERRUN / UNDERRUN- While every effort is made to produce the exact quantity required, all products are subject to a 5% over/under run charge and will be billed accordingly.

PHONE ORDERS- Due to complexilties of custom products, no phone orders will be accepted. All purchase orders must be received in writing.

PMS COLORS- We will do our best to duplicate your PMS color match requests. However, thead choices are limited, therefore we will choose a thread that most closely matches your PMS color.

REORDERS- Please identify reorders with previous order number, date and supply a sample if possible.

PRICES- All prices are subject to change without notice.

SHIPPING- All merchandise will be shipped FOB our factory in Texas. Unless specified we will use our best judgement in choosing the most effective carrier.

SPEC SAMPLES- Refer to the specific product page for Spec Sample charges.

SPLIT SHIPMENTS- For shipments to more than one location all dropship labels must be provided. There is a $7.50(X) charge for each additional split shipment address after the first.

TERMS- Net 30 days with approved credit. In most cases a 50% deposit is required along with credit references prior to placing your order. The balance of payment is due C.O.D., or prior to shipping.

TRADEMARKS- Logos, names and trademarks pictured in this catalog are for illustration purposes only not for resale. The factory assumes that clients are authorized to use logos and trademarks submitted for production. TEXAS ART EMBROIDERY assumes no liability in trademark or copyright disputes. All of our products are custom made.
